Human | Animal

Animal motives came to me spontaneously and I embraced it because to me it was interesting to change a human being with another animal, both vizual and semantically. While examining the human behaviour I was interested to what extent an individual is led by instinct like other animals and how much he separates from it and makes „rational“ decisions. Daniel Goldman in his book Emotional intelligence describes a series of events where a man’s rational mind is blinded by his emotions and he reacts in a way that is completely out of his rational control. What varies us from different animals, is it our minds? How about when our emotions completely damp our possibility of rational thinking? Putting hibrid characters in everyday situations I trivialize human everyday life and open the space for new interpretations of habitual and normal.
